I am passionate about empowering others to tune into their own personal knowing so that we may live in a more creative, expressed, and equitable world. I am ignited by being with people in all of the different textures, peaks, and valleys of life. I encourage the embrace and expression of the full integrated human experience within myself and within others, which means being vulnerable enough to let myself be seen and present enough to give the gift of fully seeing my fellow humans.

I have been called a spiritual cheerleader, an angel, a quartz crystal, a healer, but most importantly, a friend. I lead all of my sessions with compassion, truth, and play. Always loving, never boring.
